Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

South Africa

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days via Aramex, depending on your location.

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days via Aramex International, subject to customs clearance and the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your Aramex tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with Aramex to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
